Durch Abbruch eines kleinen Plastikteils am Schwimmer funktionierte der Entfeuchter nicht mehr. Wäre schade gewesen, das ansonsten fein arbeitende Gerät zu entsorgen. Super, dass einfach ein Ersatzteil zu bestellen ist. Großes Lob für Nachhaltigkeit!!! Schnelle Lieferung und sehr freundlicher Service. Ein Mitarbeiter rief mich sogar an, weil ich offensichtlich ein verkehrtes Produkt bestellt hatte und hat dieses Versehen unkompliziert korrigiert. Danke! -

Nur Vorteile, das Gerät läuft und läuft und läuft. Den neuen Ersatztank musste ich nur bestellen, weil ich den Schwimmer reinigen wollte und ihn dabei beschädigt habe.
