The WDH-870FW construction dryer is perfect for drying new buildings and eliminating moisture damage. With its powerful dehumidification performance, it removes up to 70 litres of moisture from the air per day (at 35°C and 90% RH) and thus significantly reduces the drying time.
The dehumidifier is also easy to operate and has a range of convenient functions that make it easier to use. The practical WLAN control (Tuya Smart) is particularly worth mentioning. With the app, you can conveniently control the dehumidifier from anywhere and set the target humidity. This allows you to create a healthy and dry indoor climate in the shortest possible time, in which mould does not feel at home.

How can I pair the app with the dehumidifier? (Tuya and SmartLife app)
Note: If you want to set up the Wi-Fi function, you must select an available 2.4 GHz network and connect the device. Your mobile phone must be connected to the same network in order to set up Tuya Smart or SmartLife in the phone. Once this is done, you can access the device from your phone on any network. You should also switch off any active VPN for the connection. Once the device is connected, the VPN provider can be reactivated.
- Search for ‘Tuya Smart’ or ‘SmartLife’ in the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android) to download the app.
- Register or log in to your app account.
- Tap on ‘+’ to add your device.
- Search for e.g. ‘Large household appliance’ and tap on the ‘Dehumidifier/humidifier’ icon
- Press on ‘Bluetooth’ and then select ‘WLAN mode’.
- Press and hold the power button on the control panel of the device for at least 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator flashes quickly.
- Continue to tap on ‘Fast flashing or pulsing’ (in the app).
- Enter your Wi-Fi password and tap ‘Next’.
- Then tap on ‘Finish’. You can now operate the device via the app interface. Tap on the buttons to set up your device.
To reset the device's Wi-Fi connection, press and hold the ‘On/Off’ button for at least 5 seconds until the light flashes quickly.
If the device cannot be found on the app after several attempts, disconnect the device from the power supply for at least 3 hours and delete the app from your mobile phone. After the time has elapsed, you can reconnect the device to the power supply and download the app again. Then start the Wi-Fi pairing process again.
How do I activate a push notification in the Tuya app? (e.g. full tank, humidity in %, power, etc.)
- Open the Tuya app on your mobile phone
- Click on the ‘Scene’ menu field
- Press the plus sign
- Select ‘when the device status changes’
- Select devices
- Select function e.g. ‘Tank full’
- Select ‘Tank full’
- Click on the plus sign in the ‘Then’ field
- Select ‘Send notification’
- Select ‘Message’ and click on continue (generates a push message on the mobile phone)
- Click on the save button
- Enter the scene name and confirm
