The Aquarius air washer is an air humidifier and air purifier in one device ! It is a successful combination of technical quality and visual eye-catcher. Design and operating elements confirm the affiliation to the Swiss stronghold for shapely household appliances of the companies Coplax/Stylies. The Aquarius is the first air washer of this quality to be available in Germany at a very attractive price.
Functional principle:
In air washers, a roller is drawn through a water bath and the drawn-up water is released into the room air by means of ventilation. In the same process, air pollutants such as dust and pollen remain attached to the roller and are discharged into the water bath, which is supplied from the fresh water tank. The water bath should therefore be cleaned regularly. Air washers are economical and very quiet in operation.The recommended retail price (RRP) is EUR 349,00Capabilities:

How is the device operated?
It is conveniently operated via the touch display. The desired target humidity can be set in 5% increments between 40-75%, and continuous operation is also possible. The currently measured humidity is shown on the display; when the set target humidity is reached, the Aquarius pauses. If the measured value drops again, it automatically resumes operation. During the pauses, the ventilation is briefly activated every 30 minutes to check the current humidity content of the room air.How does the automatic mode work?
If automatic mode is selected, the air washer regulates the ventilation itself; the target humidity is 45%. The further the measured room humidity is from this value, the stronger the ventilation runs. As soon as 45% is reached, the ventilation pauses.How does the appliance clean itself?
In cleaning mode, only the water roller is operated, not the fan. No air is blown into the room, only the roller is cleaned.How should the device be maintained?
To prevent the formation of germs, a Stylies Clean Cube should be placed in the water of each air washer. This silver cube reacts on contact with water and disinfects it; the cube should be replaced once a season. Twice a week, the residual water should be emptied from the tank and the water roller cleaned of the collected dirt. Cleaning itself is very easy thanks to the pull-out slide.
