Fral's FSW series fixed dehumidifiers are high performance, multi-purpose units that are particularly suitable for dehumidifying pool areas as they resist chlorine-related corrosion. They feature an energy-efficient, washable and easily replaceable polyurethane filter. There is a choice between direct drainage and the installation of a condensate lifting pump, which allows the condensate to be discharged to a height of 3.5 metres above the unit position. The fixed dehumidifiers of the FSW series from FRAL can be equipped with electric resistors or hot water batteries for heating on request. The elegant design makes them particularly suitable for installation in select environments such as libraries and offices.

Construction:

All FSW units are made of galvanised sheet metal painted at 180°C with polyurethane powder to guarantee maximum resistance to weathering. The structure is self-supporting.

Cooling circuit:

The refrigerant used in these units is R410a. The cooling circuit has been designed in accordance with ISO 97/23 regarding welding procedures and the Pressure Equipment Directive. The cooling circuit includes: - Drying filter - Schrader valves for maintenance and control - Capillary tube extension - Compressor - Condenser and evaporator made of copper tubes with aluminium fins

Operating and switching element:

The switching element has been designed in compliance with the electromagnetic compatibility regulations (2004/108 EEC) and the electrical safety standards for low-voltage equipment 2006/95 EEC. In the Inside the switch panel are the following components: 1. Remote control terminals 2. Printed circuit board. The installation must comply with the standards and laws in force with regard to safety. If necessary, provide a main disconnect switch.
