Warranty extension
These conditions only apply if you have ordered the warranty extension separately to your order. Are you interested in taking out a warranty extension for the items you purchased at a later date? You can do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Please get in touch with us.
What does the warranty extension include?
Continuous breakdown cover after the 2-year statutory warranty has expired. This insurance cover gives your product additional protection for 1 or 2 years. The warranty only covers defects caused by material or manufacturing faults.
No additional costs!
You pay no deductibles, shipping costs, parts and labour costs for your claim.
Simple claim procedure!
You report a defect to us and send us your defective device with a return label provided by us. Our service workshop will carry out the repair and replace the defective parts. You will then receive your repaired device back from us. If, at our discretion, a replacement or repair is uneconomical or not possible for other reasons (e.g. lack of spare parts), we will grant you financial compensation taking into account the previous service life.
When does the warranty extension not apply?

Normal wear and tear and consumables, such as rechargeable batteries, batteries, lamps, filters

Improper use, such as overloading the device or unauthorised accessories

Damage caused by external influences, use of force or foreign objects

Damage caused by non-compliance with the care instructions and instructions for use, e.g. connection to an incorrect mains voltage or non-compliance with the installation instructions

Completely or partially dismantled devices

Software errors
