We would like to explain to you here how we ship your ordered products.
If your order is a parcel, we normally send your order by UPS standard. If we receive your order by 12 noon, we usually hand over your parcel to UPS on the same day and you will receive your parcel on the next working day (Monday to Friday). However, this is not a guaranteed delivery time and in certain regions it may take two working days before you receive your goods. You will receive an email from us with your tracking number and you can track your shipment on the UPS website. If you are not at home, UPS will make two additional delivery attempts before sending the goods to a nearby UPS Store. You will receive a notification in your mailbox. You have 7 days to collect your package from the UPS shop. After that, the package will be returned to us.
If you need a smaller delivery window, we can also send your goods by UPS Express before 9am or 12pm for an additional charge, which guarantees delivery on the next working day before a certain time.
We also send some parcels by DHL Paket, which applies to deliveries to post offices or parcel stations. However, DHL parcels are picked up by DHL very early, so we can usually only hand over DHL parcels to DHL on the next working day (Monday to Friday). DHL also delivers to private customers on Saturdays.
For forwarding items, we normally ship your ordered goods with CargoLine or our local forwarding agent NTS Rodgau, which is a member of the general cargo cooperation CTL. In most cases, this also means that your goods will be delivered by truck by a forwarding agent in the CargoLine or CTL network who is responsible for your local area. Please also note the information in our webshop regarding the delivery method "free kerbside". The forwarding transport within Germany usually takes 2-3 working days and you will receive information about when the forwarding agent plans to deliver to you and you can contact your local forwarding agent directly to adjust this date. For shipments abroad, the transit time is correspondingly longer. For some items, we may also use the freight carrier DHL Fracht for logistical reasons.
if you would like to discuss other delivery options with us, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order, as our options are very limited once the goods have been handed over to the freight company.
